Wider straps allow you to distribute the weight over a larger area, and this in turn has a salutary effect on our arms.

The body needs rest, sleep gives comfort. Stress, responsibilities, fatigue and our body needs it, at least a moment of respite. Just like we take off our shoes, the bra should also be taken off, although there is a group of supporters of sleeping in underwear, there is no scientific evidence of a beneficial effect of wearing a bra while sleeping.
