§1
1. Charity action carried out according to the terms and conditions set out in these Rules Action Charity "Help Nicola Jurski" ("Rules”) and in accordance with Polish law.

The organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer”) the "Help Nicola Jurski" (hereafter called "Operation”) is the company GAIA Sp. with o.o.. based in Bialystok, Al. 1000 anniversary of the Polish State 6 , NIP: 542-24-38-603, king: 050586395, entered by the District Court of Białystok, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS 0000225494, share capital 1 400 000zł paid in full

§2
1. The action continues in the period from 21.02 – 3.03.2017 – purchase goods online store www.gaia.com.pl supports the campaign was only during its duration.

3. The aim is to support the beneficiary by providing funds for stem cell transplant.
4. For every sold on the basis hereof product GAIA Sp. with o.o.. undertakes to provide to the Beneficiary 2 zł (in words: two gold). This commitment is a promise to the public Organizer.
5. Beneficiary promised funds will be transferred to the sub-account of the Foundation Help on number 15 1060 0076 0000 3310 0018 2615 with a note on the treatment and rehabilitation of Nicola Jurski until 10.03.2017 year.
§3
1. Participation in Action is voluntary and free of charge.
2. Each Supporting participates in the Shares on their own responsibility, in particular organizer is not liable for any damage to persons or property arising in connection with participation in a Supporting Action.
